Missing The Why Do This

This was the first blogg yet some how disappeared so lets try this again.

Why do this?

Well I could be mean and say that people are just to stupid to figure it out themselves, but the truth is thats not true. If you knew how much time and effort I went through to get all this information, all the sources, numbers, names laws and contexts you would be like glad that wasnt me. It is very time consuming and daunting. Your government wants it like this. They don't want you to know your responsabilities, they sure dont want you to know your rights and most of all they don't want you acting on them. Every one says at one point or another "oh thats government red tape for you" its red tape because you let it be. I know life is time consuming and you dont have time to make enemies let alone friends so why should you care. Well if you keep on not caring either you or your children are going to get sucker punched and will be homeless. Im sure thats what we all say we want to grow up to be when we are kids.

You don't have to get to far up off your butt to do something. You can call or fax in your support. Maybe that donut finished you off and all you can do is dial numbers or send an email while you watch the little mermaid again to see that peepee in the sea. obviously these things are vitally important and take precident. I mean god forbid my daughter watches the little mermaid 50 million times at slow speed and sees that what will i do? Or you can do something like call up the police and say hey wait a minute, why did I just hear on the News a Trooper Raped and Sodamized a woman in uniform!!! Oh my, my priorities must be all wrong.

So now that I have gotten that off...

Stop sitting and do something. 5 Minutes in 1 week is more than nothing. Supporting orginazitions monitarily is okay to do but me I would much rather volunteer me. I am worth more than I could ever afford to give them.

Be more involved and knowledgable. All those office conversations you have about the news, you are wrong. Its not all your fault as they are misleading you. The media is in it for the endorsements not to make you feel safer let alone smarter. Do the research learn the laws. I will tell you, you scoff and moan now but then when its you under the scope you wish you had.

A case in point is I-90. I am sure alot of commuters (in passengar vehicles) have driven the thruway many a times and a few have gotten tickets for driving on the left hand lane while not passing. Are you aware that that is wrong. You can drive in the left hand lane any time you want its in the law and it is in the Federal Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. However, most law enforcement agencies would have you believe it is illegal and pay the fine, drivers assesment fees and court costs. Why, you were within your legal right...because you were to ignorant to realize you were within your right.

This is the same for Federal Income Tax. Are you aware that article 16 of the United States Constitution says that Individuals cant be taxed just businesses and that the Supreme Court has Ruled Numerous times that Federal Income Tax is Unconstitutional. So why do you pay it? Because either you dont know or you dont care, or you fear.

It is supposed to be a government for the people by the people of the people, when did we lose that. When did our sons, friends, daughters, fathers, husbands, mothers, even ourselves sacrifice to protect the rights of the people under the guise of a blank page of social tyranny? Why are people dying for democracy when we dont even remember what the word means?

A few people who know me know how I do my work. You have to be concise and precise. Keep a log of everything. If you own a computer get skype and then purchase MXSkyperecorder. Record all your phone conversations. You dont have to tell people you are recording. You are not a cop and you are one of the people on the phone hence this is not wiretapping. Video Camcorders are becoming more inexpensive daily and investing in one for your car is a good idea. If you see something happening illegally, pull it out hit record and upload it to the net and call the news. Legally you are not allowed to use it in the court of law as evidence but you may use it as evidence of perjury.

Get a regular digital voice recorder. You can record air conversations anytime you want. And it is evidence in court. Take statements, be as dutiful as an investigative reporter.
